By downloading, installing, or using the Fretio mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Fretio is a guitar learning and practice application that provides:

• Interactive fretboard training and note recognition
• Audio detection for guitar notes and chords
• Learning modules based on music theory
• Practice session tracking and progress monitoring
• Built-in guitar tuner functionality
• Custom drill configuration for focused guitar practice

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

Microphone and Privacy

The App requests access to your device's microphone for audio detection and tuner features. By granting this permission, you acknowledge that:

• No audio recordings are stored or transmitted to our servers
• You can revoke microphone access at any time through device settings
• Audio features will not function without microphone access
